From my early days in numerous industries to my current roles as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at the Singapore-HUJ Alliance for Research and Enterprise (SHARE), Founder-in-Residence at the Singapore Deep-Tech Alliance, I've been at the forefront of crafting and executing strategies that drive organizational growth and transformation.
My Background
My career trajectory began in the military with the Singapore Army as a Commando where discipline, precision, and leadership were instilled in me. My journey has spanned the educational sector, where I mentored teaching staff, and where I've led curriculum planning, management, and strategic initiatives at both school and cluster levels. I subsequently pivoted to the business world. My tenure in the FMCG sector also refined my expertise in business development, market planning, and strategic partnerships, resulting in notable brand expansion and revenue growth.

At SHARE, I've overseen significant projects, managing more than $100 million in grants and supervising key areas like finances, operations, HR, legal matters, and public relations. My holistic understanding of business law and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Management make me adept at navigating complex operational challenges and ensuring sustainable growth.
